Orlando Federico Cabrera Colorado is an attorney at the Infrastructure Group of the law firm Ibáñez Parkman. He advises government and corporate clients across the broad spectrum of infrastructure matters, from energy, telecommunications and construction to transportation, water and national defense projects; as well, his practice involves counseling on project finance, public tenders, state contracts, concessions and public private partnerships.
In addition, he has a diverse general litigation practice and handles civil, commercial and administrative disputes in Federal and State courts. Mr. Cabrera is involved in many significant litigations, arbitrations and other alternative means of dispute resolution (ADR), particularly in the realm of infrastructure.
Orlando graduated Magna cum Laude from Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) and complemented his education at Université de Montréal (Canada). He holds the following certificates: Energy Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho; Telecommunications & Competition Law as well as Telecommunications Law, both from the Legal Research Institute (IIJ) of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM); Law and Globalization from the Supreme Court of Justice.
