Graduated in law from the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur. He is specialized on Adversarial System of Criminal Justice at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he also took the Advanced Course on Select Topics of the Mexican Model of Accusatory Criminal Justice tauhght in coordination with The American Bar Association (ABA ROLI MEXICO), and the Course on Management Skills, Leadership and Negotiation of Legal Services Taught by the I+D+i Marketing Intelligence Group of the Universidad de Cantabria.

He took the Course Training of Trainers in Basic Oral Criminal Litigation Techniques provided by The American Bar Association (ABA ROLI MEXICO) and the  Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with recognition of the Technical  Secretary of the Coordination Council of the Secretaria de Gobernación.

Also, he took a course to obtain the Certification from the Comision Nacional Bancaria y de Valores taught by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México on Prevention Detection and Combat of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism.

He worked for the law firm Zinser, Esponda y Gomez Mont Abogados for a period of three years, specializing in criminal litigation as a defense lawyer and as a prosecutor lawyer.

Currently, serves as a criminal lawyer with approach aimed at issues related to property crimes and also is dedicated to the development of criminal compliance programs as a means of prevention and/or mitigation of the penalties that could be imposed on the companies involved in the commission of a crime related to their business.
