He was Manager Law of the Credit Union CREDIPYME (2000 to 2004) and Legal Director at the Notary Public number 60 of the State of Mexico for more than fifteen years (1985-2000).

He has studied: Degree in Law from the Ibero-American University of Mexico City; specialty in Commercial Law of the Free School of Law of Mexico City; specialty in Notarial Law at the College of Notaries of the State of Mexico; Master's Degree in Law from the University of Postgraduate Studies in Law, of Mexico City and Doctorate in Business Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, in collaboration with the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte, in Mexico City.

He has a degree in: Real Estate Law, Notarial Law and Corporate Law from the University of Postgraduate Studies in Law of Mexico City; of Foreign Trade and Legal Audit by the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and Mediation and Management of Family Conflicts by the Institute of Legal Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and Community Mediation by the Alternative Justice Center of the Superior Court of Justice in Mexico City.

He has been a visiting professor in the business and economics division on topics related to: Family Businesses, Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks, Confidentiality and Piracy, at the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Estado de México.

For three years, he was a titular professor of the subject "Legal Environment of the Company" in the Master of Administration (M.B.A) of the Anahuac del Sur University, in Mexico City.

He has taught the subjects of Economic Law, Mexican Financial System, Commercial Contracts and Civil Obligations in the Law Degree and in the last three modules of the Diploma in New Labor Relations at the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Monterrey (ITESM). Mexico (2008 and 2009).

He has taught among others, the courses on "Selected themes of the concept of property", "Specialized commercial societies" and "Family protocol in the Mexican company" for those who aspire to enter the notarial function in the Notaries Association of the State of Mexico.

He has participated in the adaptation of programs of Corporate Social Responsibility, Social License and Family Business Development (Family Protocol) for several business groups, so starting in February of the year two thousand and eighteen, he is in charge of the Negotiation area and Mediation within this office. He is certified and registered as a Community Mediator and as a Private Mediator with public faith, by the Superior Court of Justice of Mexico City, for which the agreements that are formalized with his help have binding force.
